Treated lumber and accessories manufactured by Ram Forest Products Inc. (Trent Timber Treating Ltd.) are preserved using Alkaline Copper Quarternary compounds, also know as ACQ. The main active ingredient is copper, which has long been known to be an effective wood preservative. Copper and quarternary compounds together provide a long-term broad spectrum protection for wood exposed in exterior applications.

Lumber is purchased only from the finest mills and further sorted for appearance before pressure treatment.
